American Board of Trial Advocates

Brent M. Langdon is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Membership is by invitation, only. Limited nominations are extended to those trial lawyers who have completed as lead counsel a requisite number of jury trials, who are of high personal character and honorable reputation, and who are a member of the Bar of the State in which he or she practices.

Super Lawyers®

Super Lawyers® is one of the most widely-recognized annual honors in the legal industry. Every year, they use their patented, multi-tiered process to nominate, research, and select attorneys from all over the country surpassing the highest standards in their practice area. Their final lists reflect only 5 percent of all lawyers nationwide. Attorney Brent M. Langdon has nine consecutive Super Lawyers® honors from 2010 to 2019. Attorney Kyle B. Davis has also received four consecutive Super Lawyers® Rising Stars℠ honors, which name lawyers who are already showing promise early in their careers (and represent only 2.5 percent of lawyers in the country). Attorney Nick Newton has also been recognized by Rising Stars℠.

Million Dollar Advocates Forum

The Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum recognize outstanding trial lawyers who have secured million dollar and multi-million dollar verdicts on behalf of their clients. Founded in 1993, membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum represents less than 1% of U.S. attorneys. Attorneys Brent Langdon and Kyle Davis are members of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Attorney Kyle Davis is also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

National Board of Trial Advocacy

The NBTA is an American Bar Association-accredited attorney board-certifying agency dedicated to recognizing attorneys who demonstrate an uncommon expertise in their practice area. Since 1977, they have certified outstanding attorneys practicing in civil trial law, family trial law, and social security disability advocacy law. Attorney Brent Langdon is a Board Certified Family Law Specialist by National Board of Trial Advocacy, a division of The National Board of Legal Specialty Certification.

American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers

The AAML was founded by matrimonial attorneys "to provide leadership that promotes the highest degree of professionalism and excellence in the practice of family law.” Since 1962, they have been awarding fellowships to family law and divorce attorneys who embody their mission and currently have 1,600 fellows all across the country. Attorney Brent M. Langdon is currently one of those fellows.

Texas Association of Banker's Counsel

Attorney Kyle Davis is a member with the Texas Association of Banker's Counsel, an organization founded to inform and educate the attorneys dedicated to representing banks and financial institutions. Members of this organization have access to networking and educational opportunities and, together, foster a community of prepared, dynamic, and skilled lawyers in this complex branch of law.

Texas Land Title Association

Since 1908, TLTA has been safeguarding the real estate transaction processes in Texas. According to the organization, their membership includes over 90 percent of title insurance agents and underwriters licensed to handle real estate transactions statewide. Attorney Kyle Davis is a member of TLTA and brings their high standard of practices, ethics, and efficiency to all of his real estate cases.

Texas Board of Legal Specialization

Only 10 percent of the lawyers in Texas can claim to be Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Founded in 1974 by the Supreme Court of Texas, the Texas Board of Legal Specialization only bestows its certification to attorneys who are able to display the highest marks of excellence and acumen in their work. Attorney Demaris A. Hart (of Counsel) is Board Certified in Family Law through this organization.
